Sunrise - East Glade-C7

Great place to stay. Definitely glad it wasn’t snowy when we were here just because of the windy road leading to the place. Ski in and ski out is nice but for us we went out to restaurants and it was just a bit farther away than places we usually stay. Clean and roomy. Plus access to the pool and hot tube was really nice.

Fireplace has a lock on it. The dinning room table left much to be desired. Washer/dryer worked fine. The resort ran a snow cat in between the condos to make easy access to Sundog.

We enjoyed the location and the overall layout of the apartment, but unfortunately our stay was impacted by several issues that made it uncomfortable, especially for a winter stay. The apartment was cold, and there was no way to adjust the temperature because the thermostat was locked behind a password. This made it difficult to stay warm, particularly in the evenings. The blankets were also very thin and not suitable for winter. The Wi-Fi connection was very weak and unreliable, which was a problem since we needed to work remotely. The kitchen was not properly prepared for guests: the dishes and cutlery were greasy, the frying pans were extremely scratched and worn, there were no coffee filters for the coffee machine, and there was no dish sponge provided. Cleanliness was also an issue. We found cobwebs in the corners, on the curtains, and on the windows, and there were used contact lenses left in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. There was also confusing and incorrect information about the sauna and swimming pool. A notice in the apartment said everything was closed, while in reality the facilities were open. This caused unnecessary confusion. In addition, the fireplace could not be used because it was locked, even though we had specifically brought firewood for it. Overall, the apartment has potential, but it needs better maintenance, cleaning, and clearer communication to provide a comfortable and reliable stay for guests.

Great stay for a Killington ski vacation!

Place was nice, empty beer cans left from previous guests. Hours about hot tub aren't clear. Only ski in and ski out certain parts of the ski season and charge you for it even if it's not open that part of the season.(be sure to check). Customer support doesn't exist and doesn't answer your questions and says unnecessary information unrelated to your request.

It was a comfortable unit in terms of the bedding and living room. Beautiful mountain scenery. There were only minor items missing that caused us not to give it a five star rating. there was supposed to be an indoor and an outdoor pool along with a gym but it was very difficult to figure it out then no direct route to get clear information on what was open and what was closed. When the outdoor pool was available along with the outdoor hot tub it was very enjoyable. We would definitely consider coming back. It is important to know that many local restaurants and facilities are open in the limited way during the summer and it’s not always easy to ascertain their schedules.
