**Please Read**IMPORTANT BUILDING WIDE INFORMATION: Mountain Green Condominiums have ongoing construction work on the air system, hallways and fire and sprinkler system inside and outside of the buildings.

Mountain Green Amenities: Amenities will be Open everyday 9AM to 9PM

Cozy up in this well-appointed studio located in the heart of Vermont ski resorts and golf courses. After a day out on the slopes, whip up some dinner in the kitchen, warm up by the wood fire, and sink into the sofa to watch TV or calculate your vertical on your device using the complimentary internet access. You will also have access to a pool table, a shared sauna, and a fitness room.

Killington Ski Resort is only a mile away with its sister resort, Pico Mountain, only six miles from your rental. During the winter, ski or board on 73 miles of trails, and take on over 3,000 feet of vertical. In the summer, take advantage of the new mountain bike park (lessons are available), enjoy a scenic ride on one of the quad lifts, or just go for a hike on one of the many trails. Play a few rounds of golf on a championship course only a few blocks away, where you can even have a slice of pizza after 18 holes. And if the kids want to play, or you forgot some gear, the next building over has a Black Dog Sports.

THINGS TO KNOW

All Mountain Green buildings will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024. Scaffolding will be around the bottom entrance of Building 1. There will also be scaffolding around Building 2 and 3. The scaffolding is going up around Building 2 on May 6, 2024, and Building 3 on May 13, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur).

Mountain Green amenities will be closed until further notice. No refunds or discounts will be given due to this.

The shuttle bus will only run on weekends and holidays this winter season. The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team. Please visit the Mountain Green Resort website to get up-to-date status on amenities by clicking the 'Today's Amenities Schedule' link found on the home page. We will do our best to provide updates. Mountain Green does shut the amenities down towards the end of March annually for spring maintenance.

Stayed at this unit for a spring skiing trip and the unit was nicely redone and complete with all needed items. The amenities at Mountain Green are nice and I would stay there again.

I chose this place for its proximity to Killington. It was the perfect size for me and my son to enjoy during our ski weekend. He is very tall, and the pullout couch worked perfect for him. It had one of the nicer mattresses we’ve seen in a pull out coach at a rental. The master bed was also very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view was great, and the proximity to the mountain and local restaurants was awesome. Highly recommend!

The unit was very clean and location was perfect for 3 people on a ski trip for Killington. Parking is plentiful and the unit was easy to access. There were a few frustrations that could be easily fixed. The unit has a pull-out bed, but no sheets for it. (We wound up having to take the top sheet from the main bed and used it as a bottom sheet for the pull-out bed.). There is a Keurig coffee machine but not pods, and a Mr Coffee coffee machine and filters, but no coffee or tea. These would be easy things to fix that will make the stay much more comfortable. But the unit is very clean and you can’t beat the location.
