We had a bad experience as the house was not clean when we got there. The trash cans were full of other people’s trash. Putting that aside, the layout of the house is good for large groups and the playroom on the basement was helpful for the kids. One of the showers is only usable as a tub.

Had a great time at this house. We had 3 related families with 12 people and was very roomy for all. Property is beautiful!

This property was beauty and the house has plenty of room for 8 adults. The only thing that should be fixed is the low water pressure.

House was great for 3 families with plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms. Within 30 minutes to Killington Ski Resort was what brought me to this rental. Beautiful Vermont snowy scenery on private wooded lot. Booking agent told me they only plow driveway before you arrive so pray you don't get stuck during a snow storm because the driveway was long and not sure how you would get out. Only big issue with the house itself was the water pressure was weak and the furniture was hodgepodge and felt sparse. Customer support was out biggest problem. The living room/kitchen heat wasn't working and stuck at 55 degrees. I did a troubleshoot and determined the circulator at the furnace wasn't working and stuck off. I called support and they told me it can take up to 3 hours for the temperature to come up and to call back. I explained there was no heat after 1 hour and they replied "thats normal".When I called back after 2 and 1/2 hours and told support that I called previously and it only rose one degree from other rooms radiating in and the temperature was 57 they told me they were going to dispatch emergency services since it was to deal with heat when it was 5° outside. luckily the bedrooms had heat and we called in early night. No one showed and no one called. The next day before leaving for skiing I sent a text to support notifying them of the furnace failure to heat, described the assumed problem that I diagnosed, and demanded they fix it before we returned. got a text message back later in the day stating that I needed to press the up arrow to increase the temperature in the room. How stupid of a text was that?! I responded angrily and demanded they send someone out to evaluate the furnace. The local operations determined there was a problem as I stated with the furnace and called for emergency services and showed up and repaired the circulator on the furnace and we had heat at the end of our stay.
