This beautiful, family-friendly home enjoys direct access to the sparkling waters of Lake Champlain and a private dock (available seasonally) where you can launch one of the five kayaks or SUP provided. The back patio, which faces the lake, offers many seating options where you can lounge with your loved ones, a picnic table to dine alfresco, and a firepit that would be perfect for storytelling time. The home also provides you with a convenient gas grill to surprise your guests with delicious seared treats.

Inside, this quaint, comfortable home features a lakefront porch with inviting sofas throughout - this spot is ideal for reading and relaxing after an exciting evening on the lake. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise everyone with savory homemade meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.
