We had problems from the start. Right away, the tv didn't work, so we had to restart. Not a huge problem. When we went to take showers later that night after exploring, we found out there was no hot water. When we called again, we were told we were wrong and there was hot water if you ran it long enough. No. No hot water. No one wanted to help us, no one wants to take ownership, and despite them not being able to fix it, and not having another unit available, they still wont refund our money. Do not waste your time or money on this property or this management company.

It was nothing like what I was expecting. It was somewhere to sleep and that was about it. The end of the trip was awaken to the roads being repaved and had to move my car to a very inconvenient location. Was not notified prior to booking that you cannot drink the water, though and alternative water source was provided. Definitely something I would have liked to have known ahead of time. WiFi was horrible and constantly disconnected causing problems while I was working remotely. Just a rough stay overall. If I wasn't having to work I would stay again, but otherwise not likely to return

Pretty good access to mountain and village. Well supplied kitchen albeit a dearth of counter space. No instructions for TV. Nice bottled water supply.
