Mountainside Resort K204 was described as a great value and a comfortable, spacious place that felt welcoming and well suited for relaxing stays. Sitting within walking distance of numerous breweries and restaurants and just two miles from Stowe proper, there will be no delay in checking out all of the charming attractions nearby. After grabbing a bite to eat or coffee from a local cafe, pack up your ski gear and head up to Stowe Mountain Resort (five-and-a-half miles north) and make a day of shredding fresh powder with loved ones. Plus, the extensive trail system of Mount Mansfield State Forest will be just the ticket for a day of hiking to Vermont's highest peak!

This house served exactly the purpose we wanted it to for our group of three. Plenty of room and the location couldn’t be beat.

Location and the view were great, beds were comfortable. The unit is a bit dated and shows with significant wear on the floors and only one slider to the deck opened. It was good enough for what we paid but I would prefer that the maintenance and support was a bit better.

We had a great stay in this unit. The view is gorgeous and the location is perfect for both town and the mountain. The unit was exceptionally clean when we arrived and was very comfortable. While the lack of potable water is frustrating, we were aware upon booking and the owner provided a large amount of bottled water.

HUGE ISSUE upon arriving to a note in the unit that the water, due to contamination/not passing FDA-EPA standards, could not be used for drinking, cooking, coffee, brushing teeth, etc. UNBELIEVABLE and UNACCEPTABLE. This note was dated from 2024 so you all are renting this out KNOWING of this issue and there was no warning. There was a warning of the construction on the property, which was not a bother at all, but no warning of the water being contaminated.
