Mountainside Resort has issued a do-not-drink water mandate due to high PFAS levels. Water is also available at the Mountainside office and pool area. Additionally, the owner has provided drinkable water in the unit. Water should only be used in instances where it is not being consumed.

The charming town of Stowe is under three miles away and you can find several dining options, Vermont Ski and Snowboard Museum, the Helen Day Art Center, and plenty of convenience stores! Mount Mansfield is seven miles away and offers panoramic hiking trails for everyone!

We stayed in this Stowe condo last week and overall had a very positive experience. The unit was clean and well-kept, and the views are truly spectacular—perfect for starting the day with coffee while taking in the mountains. The location is excellent for hitting the slopes at Stowe and enjoying the nearby shops and dining. The indoor heated pool was a real highlight, and the gym, while limited, had enough equipment for a solid workout. A couple of drawbacks to mention: the pull-out sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable, and there weren’t sheets provided for it. We ended up using an extra set from the king bed. It would be helpful if the sofa bed had its own dedicated linens. The hot tub could have used a cleaning; a quick maintenance check before guests arrive would make it ideal. Overall, this condo offers excellent value if you’re after convenient access to skiing and town, plus fantastic views and a robust pool amenity. With a few tweaks to the linen's scenario and hot tub maintenance, we’d gladly stay here again.

Good location but old units with some plumbing issues that we dealt with for our entire stay that went unresolved. Also some small upgrades would help such as some new pots and pans and nicer (e.g. hotel quality) towels. Their property management needs to do a much better job of plowing, especially given how steep and curvy the road is.
