Being steeps away from a trail is definitely the best aspect of this condo. It gets the job done for a weekend of skiing and having a place to stay on the mountain but missed the mark for me when it came to having the basics for a group. The kitchen is not well appointed, several things did not work and responses from the owner/management didn't happen until after checkout. Thankfully those things were not enough to ruin a good time with old friends.
