Overview
Located right next to the waterpark, this ski-in/ski-out end condo is the perfect home away from home for families traveling with kids! Guests of all ages may purchase separate passes to Jay Peak Resort, which includes access to the year-round Pump House indoor waterpark and arcade, as well as the Ice Haus indoor skating arena (for an additional fee).
This mountain condo has a carpeted open floor plan combining living and dining areas and the kitchen. Come back home after a fun-filled day to unwind by the gas fireplace in the living room. The TV is a great source of entertainment for the entire group. If your definition of fun is kitchen-related, then you will be happy with the fully appointed kitchen. It's complete with all the essentials, so you shouldn't have any problems surprising your friends with delicious homemade meals. Admire beautiful mountain views and breathe in the refreshing mountain air from your private balcony off of the pleasant dining area.

This rental needs a lot of TLC. The photos must have been from 10 years ago. The furniture was literally failing apart, the router was at least 10 years okd, the fireplace worked one time and the Wi-Fi was out after the first day.
There’s no better place on the mountain you can stay. Can literally throw a stone to the pump house, tram, and the main lodge. Only areas for improvement would be comfier mattresses on the bunk beds and a new WiFi adapter. Place was clean and communication with the property managers was great.

Great location
This unit is in a great location very easy access to the ski slope at Tramside. The interior of the unit is fairly old and tired and could use a refresh, but it was clean and well stocked with supplies.
