Decent spot for a night or two.
Fantastic location. Comfortable and surface-clean. But dated and musty, mold around bath tub and sinks etc. And lacking kitchen supplies (no cutting board or serving platters, only broken spatula and no decent knife to chop, cut pizza etc.) And took two days to get response from text/email request for late checkout, not until actually checked out…
Closeness to ski lift
Very comfortable and roomy, great windows, true ski in ski out
Listen. This is a no frills place to stay that is right on the mountain. We stayed for a weekend and it was great to be able to wake up, put your boots on and get right to the lift in less than 5 minutes. Huge pro. If I were to come back, I'd probably bring my own coffee (kcups or filters or french press) because while the kitchen is equipped, some of the appliances weren't so easy to use or were broken/not as clean as I'd prefer. But going into this I read the reviews and knew what to expect which was a roof over my head, fresh towels, a comfy bed and a warm place to stay with ski on/off access - so that really didn't bother me! It was also fun that they had a VHS player, which we hadn't seen in manyyyy years so this unit does bring you back in time a bit. For the price, I think it's a great option. The other huge pro for us was that we also never had to move our car! We could park it right outside our door for the entire trip, meaning no shuttles. One note - it says this comes with access to the gym/pool/sauna facilities down the street. You will need to pay an additional fee if you chose to use it.
