This two-story condo sits at the end of its row in Birch Landing, a complex that's located directly alongside 96-acre Echo Lake. Within the community, you'll have access to a private sandy beach, a dock, a seasonal outdoor pool, a clay tennis court, a clubhouse, and rentals for stand-up paddle boards and boating equipment. Spend a day fishing or wander through the woods to neighboring Camp Plymouth State Park for great hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling. You'll also be just five miles from Okemo Mountain Resort and Fox Run Golf Club, and convenient to both Killington (17 miles) and Woodstock (21 miles).

Thanks to its corner position, this condo enjoys particularly beautiful views of the woods in every season. Spend summer days outside on the deck, barbecuing on the gas grill in the crisp mountain breeze. The setting is every bit as lovely in winter, thanks to atrium windows in the living room that frame the snow-dusted forest. At the heart of the condo is a two-sided fireplace, providing warmth and ambience in the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Wonderful weekend in a beautiful forest lake setting, super cosy, warm, and spacious two floor home with an amazing living room and double sided fireplace. We wish we had used it to cook and enjoy meals because the kitchen and living area had everything and more, even games for the family. The entire process from booking to entry was flawless. We skied at Okemo and Killington and loved how easy it was to access the slopes and town. Will definitely be back.

My family and I stayed at the condo for a long weekend. The condo itself is very nice, great place for a family getaway to connect. The pool and tennis courts were amazing!!

Location is great near to Okemo and Killington ski areas within 20 min easy drive. House is clean but doors, furniture and appliances need updating and maintenance. Loved the real roses provided on the dining table - very cozy. Kitchen clean and plenty of pots/pans and utensils to use. Large washer and dryer and plenty of space for 2 families especially with 3 bathrooms.

We typically stay at Ascutney when we visit family nearby but chose this home due to its proximity to Plymouth State park where family was having a wedding. We loved this beautiful location and home so much it may be our new go-to! The home is spacious and well equipped and the deck and windows with views of the trees are just what this city family needed. Fall in VT is unbeatable and I imagine warm weather with the pool and lake access would be just as great. 15 mins to Ludlow and pretty Plymouth State park just a stones throw away. Beautiful trail access to a private beach. My family loved this place so so much. We had to call the property management for a minor issue and they were so nice and super helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying in this property. House is very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. We also used amenities such as pool and tennis courts which were nice and well maintained. Only thing which could have been better is to have clear information about lake beach access and the equipment. Listing state to rent the paddle board etc out from the club house but there was no one there. At the beach, there was no clear information that kayaks, life vest etc. are complimentary or not for the guests. We ended up going to a different location. Overall very good experience.
