True ski on ski off right out the downstairs bedroom straight onto the Kettlebrook trail, no walking required. The section right before the property on Kettlebrook is on the steeper side of a green run, but it's just a short section. The property was warm, comfortable, clean. Check-in was a breeze via code on the front door. There was a water filter but no salt, pepper, sugar, etc.. Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash provided in sufficient amounts for our 4 night stay, though I would note that the bottles weren't completely full so we may have gotten lucky.

Okemo turned out to be a great ski mountain, and the location of this condo was great. The downstairs bedroom opens up directly to an easy green down to the lift. While not the most updated condo, it was a really great stay! Four grown men stayed comfortably with sharing a bed. Truly ski in and ski out important for me on these trips and this place has got it. Thank you for a great stay! Team was responsive via text if I needed anything.

The lack of working fireplace as listed in amenities and no response or solution offered from property manager is the reduction in rating. Otherwise a nice condo with perfect location for ski in/ski out
