It has a great location on the mountain.

Less than a 30' walk to the slope from the main floor. 3' from the slope from the ground floor! Of course, that does mean you get woken up at 6 a.m. by the snow cats doing final grooming! The bunk beds on the main floor were surprisingly comfortable even for 2 grown men, as was the queen bed in the downstairs suite.

The property is the perfect location! Ski in/out is such a cool thing and great if you’re planning to get a full day at Okemo. My biggest disappointment was being unable to get in touch with anyone about concerns I had during my visit in a timely manner.

Great ski in/out location but property was not clean. It was outdated as well.

The location is excellent, right on the trail, true ski in/out. Unit was very tired, lots of peeling paint and baked in dirt. Cleaning was not good. We saw a lot of cob webs and dead bugs. Spent a lot of time cleaning the unit the first evening so my kids wouldn’t be scared to stay there. We were offered a late check out which we tried to accept and made plans to stay through lunch but then were told on check out day they could not accommodate a late check out.
