Rating
We had a lovely, quiet, comfortable stay in this lovely home. Really liked the privacy of three floors and the fact there were basically two living rooms. Slept very comfortably.
Beautiful place
The house is in a perfect location would stay again
This house only sleeps 9, as the lower level does not have heat. Don’t plan to use the fireplace as it’s not allowed. Don’t get into the hot tub if you don’t want to get sick, and make sure you bring disposable cups and plates, as the kitchen is sparsely stocked. The Managennt company is doing this homeowner a disservice.
Fire place and quietness
Great location - access to the Sachem trail is 6 houses away with a posted trail through the woods at the first bend in Ghia Farm Road. Comfortable house. Everything inside was clean. If you are willing to shuffle cars, you can fit a couple more than stated. Appliances are all on the newer side, some furniture a little dated but clean and functional. Heating system, while it gets the job done, is a bit eclectic and could use some TLC. We thought the hot tub could have smelled better. If you are low maintenance, getting the home for a good price, and mostly focused on being close to the trails at Okemo it's decent. If you have high expectations, you will most likely be disappointed.
