Two families (four adults, four young kids) stayed for ski weekend. Space was... fine, just barely fit us. Many comments from past reviews still hold true - remnants of mold in lower bunk room ceiling, sagging bed in lower master bedroom, inadequate drink ware and silverware in kitchen (not enough and dirty; we ended up buying sets of plasticware from the grocery store). We also lost heat & hot water; maintenance was responsive. It was fine since we were on the slopes for most of the day. It seems really expensive for what it was.

We had an overall good stay and the trip was well organized. The condo was clean, and the upstairs mattress was very comfortable. The walk to the slopes was a bit longer than we expected, and a couple of guests felt the lower-level mattresses could be improved, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying the trip. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and we appreciated the effort that went into keeping the condo clean and ready for guests.

Five of us had a nice time at the condo. we didn't cook there except for coffee in the morning, there is a Keurig. The beds were comfortable except the bunks. 3 of the 4 bunk mattresses feel springy, the fourth mattress seems new. We stayed on one of the warmest weekends in August but the place was comfortable even without Air conditioning. Some of the windows were stuck shut due to the humidity but it was not a problem. The place seemed to have everything that the listing stated and it was clean. This condo, number 36, is the second driveway on the right from the gate house. Look for the 36 next to the door! If you can't see the gate house you have driven too far.

The house is in close proximity to the ski trail. With a stretch it could be called ski in - ski out. The trail takes you down to the base

Perfect for 3 old college buddies. The walk to the slope (uphill) got your heart pumping a bit but so much easier than driving to parking,

We arrived to no water, but we were put in contact with the maintenance guy who was very helpful and we figured it out right away. We had no issues with the heat (stayed 2/3 - 2/7) besides it being drafty at windows & doors. We were bummed we couldn't use the fireplace, but there had been a fire at other condos so the chimney needs to be inspected. Overall it is a cozy spot and our boys loved the PS4 in the basement. Sachem trail access is about a 3 min walk up hill. Biggest issue was the big mold spot (and you could see previous signs of repair) in the bunk bed room on the ceiling. My son was all excited to stay on that top bunk and he freaked out. Of the 6 mattresses (not including the pull out) only the queen in the upstairs was in acceptable condition. The others look about 30 years old, with the queen in the basement being completely bowed in at the middle. The silverware situation should be updated (not enough for how many people can stay there) but we made due.
