Two families (four adults, four young kids) stayed for ski weekend. Space was... fine, just barely fit us. Many comments from past reviews still hold true - remnants of mold in lower bunk room ceiling, sagging bed in lower master bedroom, inadequate drink ware and silverware in kitchen (not enough and dirty; we ended up buying sets of plasticware from the grocery store). We also lost heat & hot water; maintenance was responsive. It was fine since we were on the slopes for most of the day. It seems really expensive for what it was.

We had an overall good stay and the trip was well organized. The condo was clean, and the upstairs mattress was very comfortable. The walk to the slopes was a bit longer than we expected, and a couple of guests felt the lower-level mattresses could be improved, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying the trip. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and we appreciated the effort that went into keeping the condo clean and ready for guests.

Five of us had a nice time at the condo. we didn't cook there except for coffee in the morning, there is a Keurig. The beds were comfortable except the bunks. 3 of the 4 bunk mattresses feel springy, the fourth mattress seems new. We stayed on one of the warmest weekends in August but the place was comfortable even without Air conditioning. Some of the windows were stuck shut due to the humidity but it was not a problem. The place seemed to have everything that the listing stated and it was clean. This condo, number 36, is the second driveway on the right from the gate house. Look for the 36 next to the door! If you can't see the gate house you have driven too far.

The house is in close proximity to the ski trail. With a stretch it could be called ski in - ski out. The trail takes you down to the base

Perfect for 3 old college buddies. The walk to the slope (uphill) got your heart pumping a bit but so much easier than driving to parking,

Plenty of sleeping options, loved the balcony, and within reasonable walking distance to Sachem trail. Overall a great visit. My only complaint was the issues with building a fire in the fireplace. There was wood next to the fireplace and a cord of wood on the balcony. Yet on our second day I received a voicemail stating that the fireplace was prohibited. And then shortly after we got a knock on the front door and our neighbor filled us in on the situation, that a nearby complex burned down due to a chimney fire and they are all currently getting inspected. I did not get a heads up about this. In fact I went back and reviewed the check-in notes and nothing, there was a note about this on the checkout email/text we received, but a little too late at that point. There was a sign stating that they strongly recommend no fire but nothing said ‘Do not build a fire’. Not sure where the communication breakdown is there but I would first remove all firewood. Then put a sign in the fireplace or maybe even put a chain or something on the fireplace doors. No harm done; we let the fire burn out then closed it up.
