Great place to stay

I was sent an address link via text which took me to another property, with a similar address. Was not the place. Checked the listing address, which took me to another building and had a condo number…great. Went inside and no condos had the number on them. Had to call the provided number for help finding the place. I was eventually given instruction on where to park and how to find the condo. The 10 digit code given to get into the condo did not work, obviously not the right code. While on the phone, in -4 degree weather, was given multiple codes to try on the lock boxes next to the door, none worked. Finally, after 20 minutes of freezing my fingers off and told I would be hung up on because of my cursing, complaining that no one was helping, and freezing my fingers off, got the correct code to get in. Place was falling apart, ceiling was falling apart, place was dirty, hadn’t been updated since 1970. Wish I could get my money back.

I want to receive a refund...and you can see the horrible experience we had at this properly in my pictures in the Booking.com review. This kitchen needs to be torn down...the owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Perfect size for 3 grown ups and some kids. Well outfitted kitchen. Plenty of board games. Fast WiFi.

Great location. Wasn’t told that pool was under major renovation, disappointing to the kids for sure, as the weather was in the 90s. Needs a bit of updating, price was convenient.
