Dorset Mountain View House

We had a nice stay. The house is large and kid-friendly. Great space outdoors. The house smells overwhelmingly of moth balls when you walk in the door. You do get used to it as are stay, but every time you come in you are reminded of it.

Lovely home in the hills with beautiful views. Sleeps 8 easily. Great back deck and yard.

This house was the perfect location for a wedding we attended in Dorset. We loved its close proximity to Manchester as well, which has a great downtown area! The house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The unique layout of the bunk room attached to the master worked very well for us and our daughter, and the rest of the family stayed upstairs. My daughter especially loved the toys and the outdoor playset. The views on the back deck were amazing! Really my only negative is we saw an xfinity remote/cable hookup so figured we’d be able to watch college football on Saturday. After trying to make it connect and messaging the host, we were quite disappointed to learn there was actually not any cable. We pivoted to a bar in Manchester instead, but perhaps removing the remote and explicitly stating that cable is not available would eliminate any confusion. I don’t know that we will have a chance to return to Dorset any time soon, but I’d certainly book this place again if we do!

This company doesn’t let you speak to the property owners and they don’t either. I had a question about whether there were fans in the house and they couldn’t tell me. I wanted a late check out, you can’t know that until the day you check in! Which makes it hard to plan. We entered the home and it was dirty. There was so much hair on the master bedroom floor! Gross All the floors had a considerable amount of debris on them. I am hoping to be refunded for part of my cost as compensation. They offered to have someone come and clean, but that is intrusive. As. Stated, I was spending 30 minutes on the phone sending photos and talking with person. Not likely I will use this company again.

Surrounded by beautiful lawns with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Big, well appointed kitchen. Fresh towels and bedding and comfy beds. Large, quiet masterbedroom suite. This is a great house to stay in when traveling with kids~ nice play structure on lawn and big play room with pool table.

House was amazing!! We traveled from Rhode Island with the whole family. House has a perfect view of the mountains was well equipped. Has a pool table which was alot of fun. We felt the house was very comfortable and plenty of room. Thank you!!!!
