The room was clean and suit our needs and expectations- mini fridge, choice of two different coffee makers, two element stove stop and microwave. This room is on the end of the strip and was quiet. There were two beds but can only speak about one- it was very comfortable.

This is my second time staying at the riverbank motel. Both rooms I have stayed in were very clean and were fully stocked with almost everything I could need. This is a great affordable place to stay in Lincoln, would definitely come back for a third time.

Above and beyond! We arrived super early and after a short conversation, we were allowed to check in to our room. We also mistakenly booked one day shorter than we planned but the staff made booking and switching rooms as seamless and effortless as possible. I was truly blown away by the professional experience we received. The on site amenities are great but the fact that they offer off site amenities including a spa, indoor and outdoor heated pools, game room, fitness room and more is a MAJOR plus. We spent a whole day just doing these activities alone. I will highly recommend this location for both families and couples. Also the stream a few steps outside of your door is absolutely majestic in the morning when the sun comes over the mountains. Thanks again!
