This was a last minute trip booking for me to go skiing at Loon Mountain. I was very excited to find this gem last minute and at such a reasonable price. The location is really top notch for the area's attractions and has everything you need. One thing people did not note enough was that the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook on a stove top. The only cautionary advice I would offer from my stay is that: the walls are thin, the beds are firm, and I would bring your own pillows if you are picky about needing a plush pillow. I would definitely return, should I take another trip to Loon.

Booked this room last minute for an unplanned trip to NH to enjoy autumn in the White Mountains. The price for this room can't be beat! Parking was easy. The room is located nearby local shops and restaurants in Lincoln. I was impressed by how clean the room was when we arrived - it was spotless. The mini fridge worked great (kept stuff cold but didn't freeze our water solid). I didn't have high expectations for the bed, but it actually wasn't uncomfortable to sleep on. I would definitely book this room again!

Loved the simplicity of checking in and out, the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations, and - a big surprise - the pleasant 10-minute walk along the river to a lovely cemetery, rock swimming along the way (and splendid in the moonlight).
