I'm very familiar with the area, however my group of friends that stayed with me were not. The place is close to everything which made traveling very easy. The home was very comfortable, and having a fire at night made for a great atmosphere during gaming sessions. We are highly considering staying here again next year!

This property has a very homey atmosphere. It is clean and up to date but still welcoming (one feels free to sit on the couches). The kitchen is well-stocked (even seasonings which I often forget to pack). Plenty of space; Our family had dinners together, played ping pong, and had movie nights. The area is VERY quiet. However, we could walk to downtown North Conway (which we did to watch fireworks on July 4th!). The home is clearly a designed for winter skiers. We still enjoyed our summer stay although it got a bit hot in the second floor bedrooms - no air conditioning.

I really wanted to like this property, but it was so incredibly hot in the condo in the summer. No AC and windows that don't open are not a good mix for a summer rental. 3 sleepless nights and Indoor temp 82+ was miserable.

House is nice and tidy with all necessities provided. However the unavailability of hot water ruined our stay. Not being able to shower for 2 days is completely unacceptable!

The property was beautiful but disappointed in how it was maintained. The good part is it is centrally located. Nice area overall loved it but didnt enjoy our experience in this house. There were no instruxtions so sadly we had to call the customer service a couple of times. The water was shut, hot water was turned off, no code to dumb the trash, We were told the service would come in the ATV and pickup the trash nobody did! no instructions - to where the keys of the pool were. It was highly disappointing instead of enjoying the property we were trying to figure how to live in the place. It was dusty. #ScavegerHouse
