This lofty room also includes a flatscreen TV with streaming capability, a telescope to help you admire the view of Mt. Washington, and glass doors that open to a deck wrapping around the house.

The open kitchen occupies one side of the great room, offering new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a state-of-the-art induction range, and a spacious prep island with bar seats for four. On summer days, you can complement your homemade meals with marshmallows roasted around the wood-burning firepit in the yard.
