Four Seasons Retreat

This condo was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Bunk loft upstairs has plenty of beds for a group of kids or young adults who don’t require privacy. Downstairs the primary bedroom with attached bathroom provides privacy for parents. The condo was spacious and had basic functional furniture. We didn’t use the clubhouse, but there were plenty of families using the pool and game room which was a short walk/drive down the hill from the condo. Short drive to Attitash for skiing. Overall great value for a long weekend or week long get away.

Everything was as expected. Plenty of space for our family. The large loft bedroom had lots of space and since it’s a loft it is open to the kitchen and living room so we were strategic about the sleeping arrangements and it all worked out perfectly. Pool at the clubhouse was fun for the kids. Would definitely recommend this place.

Two bathrooms, one main suite and then a "bunk room" upstairs with one great bed and two trundles, that squeak a bit...bring your earplugs if there's a large group! Kitchen shows its age, as does the carpet, but this place was spotless and had some great countertop appliances we never got a chance to try out because we were out on adventures. Couch was like new. Splits in the main bedroom and upstairs loft were enough to cool down the whole condo in an hour or so, during the hottest week of the year in Bartlett. Little porch off the main bedroom gave us a spot to air out our hiking gear before heading home. Highly recommend as a base camp. It's the right price and perfect location for summer adventures to Mt. Washington, Story Land, Cathedral and White Horse Ledge (Echo Lake), and everything else in the area.

Bedding was excellent. Kitchen has everything, really loved the coffee maker and a huge selection of family friendly board games.

Perfectly priced for a family and enjoyed everything. Highly recommend.

Stayed here with my family for a long weekend. It was a great location and the unit was very clean. The amenities in the complex were also great. The only negative was the beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable.
