This spacious home right in the heart of York offers its guests a tranquil escape while still providing plenty of space for a group of friends or a large family. When the sun is shining, sit out on the porch or in the sunroom to soak up some vitamin D as you sip a cup of coffee and read a good book. When mealtimes come around, the full kitchen is ready for the chef of the group to show off their skills. Or, make use of the gas grill and host a homestyle cookout.

Heading up either set of stairs, you'll find a loft area leading to each bedroom. After an active day exploring, come home and bust out one of the many board games for a night of friendly competition or gather around the outdoor firepit for s'mores! Extra perks include central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and a seasonal outdoor shower. This home is also dog-friendly, so your four-legged friends can come along on the adventure.

WHAT'S NEARBY

Spend your summer lounging on Long Sands Beach, just 900 feet from your front door, or swimming in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. With it being so close, you can walk every day to the sandy shores to relax and play all summer long. Nubble Point is only two miles north of the home and offers picturesque views of the ocean and the Nubble Lighthouse. If the kids have come along for the ride, take them just over two miles to York's Wild Kingdom for a family-oriented outing looking at animals and playing in the amusement park.

!We had a fantastic time during our 3-Day Girls' Weekend at 3 By The Sea. The home was clean and well-stocked, providing everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were all very happy with our stay and can't wait to return!

It seems like it will be nice eventually but was not anywhere near ready to host a family. There were exposed wires, outlets missing covers, the doors were rotated which caused an inability for them to shut completely, the stairs were unsafe for small kiddos, including a landing that was completely exposed at kid level. The stairs them selves were cracked and where they were cracked they had duct tape securing them. There was holes in the wall and you could hear everything in the house no matter where you were. There were exposed nails that they painted over and the cleanliness wasn’t great. The sunroom would have been wonderful if there wasn’t painted over nails that were to scary to have a toddler around. It did have central air and lots of potential but for the cost it was not ready to host.

The house is clean with a nice open kitchen and dining area. There's also a nice front room facing the street. The outdoor shower is a big plus. At the back of the house there's a big deck with nice furniture. We carried SUP boards to Long Sands which is about a 10 minute walk.

Our family loved the spot at Three by the Sea - it was perfect for our Maine visit and was easily accessible to Boston for our flight home. York was so nice and lovely in the fall! Thanks for sharing.
