Just a half-mile from this rental, check out the local shops and restaurants including the Cape Neddick Lobster Pound Harborside Restaurant. You won't want to miss out on all the amazing seafood while vacationing here! The home is just north of Cape Neddick, and three and a half miles from the center of downtown York. Walk half a mile south (only eight minutes on foot) to sunbathe and swim at Short Sands Beach, stroll one and a half miles south to check out the surf at Long Sands Beach, and head two miles southeast to admire the iconic Nubble Light at the tip of Cape Neddick. Traveling with kids? Be sure to take them to the nearby York Animal Kingdom for rides and zoo animals!

Location was walking distance to beach. Plenty of towels and chairs etc for the beach. I traveled with older children and spouses and baby grand daughter everyone enjoyed their space. Enough room for all. We enjoyed outdoor space as well ,had a fire pit in yard. The extra little cottage was perfect for us baby had some quiet time for napping.

Everything was very clean, there was lots of space for everyone, beach, shops and arcade all within walking distance. We were able to walk to the beach every morning and see the sunrise!

Every aspect of this property was excellent! Booking was easy, communication with property management was incredible and the location is a 10. The only negative at all is the main house only has 1 bathroom and it’s in the first floor while 2 of the 4 bedrooms are upstairs. Not a huge deal though. Super easy walk to town and to Short Sands. Just awesome overall..we will be back!
