Celebrated my 60th! Perfect for me, but also my gen y (one gen z) guests. Lots of space, large rooms, huge yard with distance from neighbors. privacy. And easy to get uber to portland to/fro even after midnight. Close to walgreens and convenience stores for forgotten/last minute items. Hot tub clean and large. Large porch that I did not expect. Surprisingly quiet upstairs for early sleepers. Highly recommended. I had guest for Oregon, Texas, NH and Mass... fit everyone's expectation with newbies to Maine wanting to visit in the future.

House is definitely a work in progress. But has some nice characteristics. If staying in the winter definitely bundle up, the split unit on the first floor can barely keep up. The kitchen, bathrooms and hot tub were nice and the mattresses were comfortable. Would have been nice the have a washer and dryer in the home.

We enjoyed our stay. Home was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and located close to stores. Bathrooms are amazing! Heating system was a little touchy found it was either to warm or to cold! But we enjoyed our stay 100%!

Loved the bathroom showers and heated toilet, kitchen, and hot tub. Very conveniently located close to Orchard Beach and reasonable distance to Portland. The hot water runs out quickly, there is unfinished work at the back of the house. For the price, wish the beds and rooms were more updated. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice house inside, but first floor heat was not adequate. Couldn’t use the hot tub as the deck was covered with ice. We enjoyed our stay other than that

LOVED the open floor plan . The large island was great . The large flat screen tv was perfect for watching football all day ! LOVED the heated toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom AND the showers were awesome . Would definitely come back next year .
