Perfect for couples traveling together, this condo features an all-suite layout is part of a gorgeous old building that dates back to the 19th century. On this quiet street in a neighborhood renowned for its old-world charm, leave your car in a dedicated parking space and get around entirely on foot.

The historic Old Port is a few minutes away by car. Many of Portland's tastiest restaurants, the Western Promenade overlooking the Fore River, and Commercial Street are within a 15-minute walk. Indulge your creative side at the Portland Museum of Art or the Maine College of Art (under a 10-minute walk). Relax at the Nine Stones Spa, then try one of the many breweries or bars as the evening approaches for a refreshing drink. For an even more scenic way to view Portland, take a ride on the Casco Bay ferry.

If going in the winter beware there is no heat source in main living area. Other than that the house was wonderful and on a quiet street. Shower is wonderful and the house is in great shape
