The door lock is very touchy. You cannot be too fast or slow, but it does work.The room did get warm thank goodness there was a fan with cool nights. The beds are ok. The appliances worked well and the water was good. It was very clean when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay. The clubhouse with indoor pool and sauna were a huge plus! I will stay here again. Not alot for kids in the area but a good bit of restaurants and alot of antique shops. The beaches are close too.

This was the worst day me and my family have ever had at a vacation rental. Upon check-in, we noticed the back storm door did not fully latch close even locked anybody could walk in from the outside, the comforters on both of the beds were obviously dirty with stains, there were no lightbulb in one of the lamps, the TV did not work and when I told somebody they came the next day with a Roku and told me they did not have time to set it up because they are going on vacation so I was left with it and could not set it up because I can't verify as I'm not the owner. Having two little kiddos, made it very hard for unwind time in the evening, the hot water only lasted a few minutes, which was very hard to give kids a bath, the left faucet did not work, with four guests we were given only one towel each with no back up when I called Vicasa for extra as they told me they do not allow extras, which is disgusting if you're staying for a while and we had sopping wet towels that we had to keep hanging up and reusing, which is really gross, there is an oven provided, but no oven or hot pads or towels so all we had was wet, bath towels, there was a dustpan, but no broom or anything to clean the floors, so the flooring constantly felt like you were stepping under dirt so when you got into the bed, the sheets were covered in dirt. I got an alert that we could check in about four hours early and when we got there all of these issues I saw, and the place was very dusty very dirty, very outdated and it's definitely not as described. You don't get some of the things that it advertises and we may have had just a bad luck apartment that we had checked into But we had all of these problems and nobody noticed when they cleaned it? Just seems like the standards are very low and very unhelpful. There's no communication and I reached out three different times with only somebody reaching out the first time and that woman went on vacation so when I reached out two more times to Vicasa, I was told that they were reaching out to whoever was in charge property management, which sounds like The person I had that went on. Vacation completely dropped off the radar. We were left with none of this fixed and by the time I got back home one week later, the property manager reached out to me and said hey! So how was your day? Did the stuff get resolved? Like obviously no and I told her that so now I am waiting on a potential partial refund it's already been about 12 days since I have talked to this woman. I reached back out again with no response so I have to say that we will never be staying here again and I do not recommend it for any family. Otherwise you are not going to be happy. It just was a miserable stay. If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would, but I'm not allowed to. I have to give them at least one star but 100%. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Quiet clean family place for most part very friendly tenants. And manager was pleasant

Location, facility, convenience to beaches, and restaurants. The unit had been well cleaned inside, the patio however due to dirt and moldy condition was unusable. All other complaints were reflected to owners.

La chambre loge 4 personne, mais ne contient que 3 couteaux. Aucun couteau qui coupe. Minuscule support pour sécher la vaisselle. La table ronde comporte deux sections qui se replient, dont une brisée qui ne peut être utilisée pour asseoir la 4e personne. Les armoires sont mal ajustées. Il faut ouvrir une porte d’armoire pour ouvrir l’armoire de coin. Les tiroirs des cabinets de cuisinent s’ouvrent et se ferment mal, tout comme les tiroirs de la commode. Overall, ce ne sont que des détails qui, en soit, ne sont que des problèmes superficiels, mais ça démontre le « je m’en foutisme » du propriétaire… parce que tout ces petits détails se régleraient en une journée avec les bons outils...
