Good location, house had a musty smell...lots of steps, be prepared. Bring a mirror if shorter than 5.9...mirrors set very high. Place set up for large families with kids more than for adults...

We loved the space and the location - plenty of room for 9 in our family. I don’t recommend using the downstairs space until a dehumidifier is installed — beautiful space but extremely damp and musty smelling. The front deck was awesome for morning coffee and we loved the big fire pit in the back yard. The kids loved the outdoor shower - perfect after a day on the beach. Beach access was a short 1/4 mile walk - very limited parking, but absolutely beautiful and perfect for young kids as they could play in the shallow water all afternoon. We brought our bikes - beautiful area for biking. I’d recommend this home and location if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place.

The house is okay. Beds were fine. The problem is in the amenities. Most every rental these days has filtered water either in fridge or separate. This home does not. The major complaint is that there are no screens on the doors. That makes it difficult to cool it down in the evenings because there are so many bugs. Also. The internet is horrible. Good luck with that. Other amenities like Beach chairs for the guests would have been nice. All in all, not impressed with this one.

The beach was quiet and beautiful and the neighborhood was nice. The house was comfortable except for smell of the rooms in the basement, no screens or curtains on sliders , making it difficult to regulate the temperature of the house and no working dishwasher. The biggest disappointment was there was not an access to the beach across the street as the listing claims.

As our first family vacation with all my children, it was a great place! So roomy, so nice & they also had toys there for my kids to enjoy!! I really recommend this place. Home away from home, is what I’d say forsure!
