Experience the charming center of downtown Wells at this studio-style condo, a beach-goer's retreat with a private screened porch, community access to a seasonal indoor pool and a pool table, and an ideal location close to beaches, restaurants, and antique shops!
You'll find this condo in Wellington Manor, a quaint complex that sits half a mile from the heart of Wells. Spend your days kayaking and sunbathing at Drake's Island Beach (two miles east), walking the nature trails at Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge (two miles northeast), and perusing dozens of antique shops on Wells' stretch of Route 1.
Begin each morning in the air-conditioned kitchen and dining space, where you can flip pancakes on the stove, pack up a few beach snacks, and bring your coffee outside to the adjacent screened porch. When you've had your fill of sun and sand for the day, you can swim in the community pool, play a few games of nine-ball at the clubhouse, and relax at home in the company of free WiFi, a flatscreen cable TV, and a DVD player. The community pool is closed from January through March and reopens in April. Pool hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM from April through August, and 8:00 AM–9:00 PM from September through December. Please note: pool availability and hours are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA and are not controlled by the management company.

I found it to be a great spot to start from, close to a lot. Clean and comfortable too.

I really liked the matching decor and all the amenities. It was a nice quiet place in the evening and lots of things to do in the clubhouse. Easy access to surrounding towns. The plumbing just needed a little attention. Be prepared that there are no windows but there is a glass sliding door through the kitchen. I have gone to this community twice now.

Very clean and quiet location. We loved the screen porch and having the second vanity area. Easy access to everything on Route 1. Would definitely recommend!
