The Lookout #210 is described as a great value and a wonderful place to stay, with a comfortable, homey feel that suited both short getaways and longer visits. Guests appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, comfortable bed, spacious layout, updated touches, and the convenience of having a kitchen and multiple bathrooms. The condo was often noted as clean, and the building itself was described as clean, attractive, and quiet. Its location was a standout, with easy walking access to town, shops, restaurants, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, and the ocean. Guests especially loved the excellent ocean and beach views from the living areas, bedroom, balcony, patio, and deck, which created a relaxing setting for morning coffee or evening drinks. Take in a gorgeous view of Ogunquit Beach, the Atlantic Ocean, and the coast of Southern Maine from this scenically situated, second-floor condo at The Lookout. Enjoy access to wonderful on-site amenities, as well as the heart of Ogunquit within a few blocks' walk.

The Lookout condo complex sits just up Israel Head Road from the Lobster Point Lighthouse, in a lovely location overlooking the ocean. The grounds include a seasonal (semi-heated) pool, a tennis court, shuffleboard, a grilling and picnic area, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Downtown Ogunquit - home to a number of great restaurants and shops - is less than half a mile up the road, and beautiful Ogunquit Beach is a quarter-mile beyond.

Take the elevator up to the second floor to be greeted by a light-filled living space decorated in elegant coastal style. Step out onto the balcony to find comfortable chairs, an outdoor dining set, and a commanding view of the ocean and coast before you.

The interior is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped, offering a bright living room and a lovely kitchen with stainless steel appliances and richly hued wood cabinetry. There's a TV with cable service and a DVD player for movie nights, complimentary WiFi to help you plan your coastal excursions, and window air conditioning for your summer comfort.

The unit's location, size, and price were all winners. It was a quit walk to town or Perkins Cove. However, there were some things that although were challenging, they would not stop us from renting the unit again. The main ones were the deck slider was almost impossible to open, the shower in the 2nd bath did not work well, and while the kitchen was stocked the best of the places we have stayed, the organization was wanky in that similar items (e.g. baking items ) were in various different cabinets and drawers. As a suggestion, some basic spices, salt, and pepper would have helped. Lastly since the unit did not have a dining table (only two counter chairs) entertaining would be difficult.

We were in town for a family wedding and were walking distance to everything from The Lookout. We were able to relax on the deck and enjoy the amazing views as the weather was great! We would highly recommend staying at the Lookout!
