Bad service, poorly equipped for seating, not clean, just to mention a few issues we’ve experienced.

Wi-Fi was spotty at best and only worked half the time. Closet door fell on me when I tried to open it. Walls are so very paper thin that you can hear the people next door breathing and the condo faces a VERY busy main road, so all you can hear are cars whizzing by all day and night.
