The house was just as pictured. it was decorated in a cute beach style. We had 12 people, and there was enough room to spread out along with a large enough space for everyone to gather for family game night. One drawback, if you plan to cook meals at the house, the kitchenware was a little lacking. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, just a few houses down. Having room for two cars to park as well as relatively easy street parking was a bonus. As regards to the town itself, restaurants and shops were a little sparse. Overall, everyone really enjoyed their stay.

This beach house was very comfortable for our family of 13, from children to elders. Lots of steps, though. Very close to a lovely, safe beach with a life guard. Big patio and grill. Well equipped kitchen. Clean. Decorations were delightful and contributed to the air of fun. Fireworks, far enough from big crowds but close enough to OOB amusements.
