This quaint condo complex sits half a mile from the heart of Wells. Things to Know

The community pool is closed from January through March and reopens in April. Pool hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM from April through August, and 8:00 AM–9:00 PM from September through December. Please note: pool availability and hours are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA and are not controlled by the management company.

This space had all the kitchen gadgets and cooking supplies you would need. Loved the screened in balcony for morning coffee. Bathroom set up allows for two people to get ready at the same time without being in each others way.
