Whether you're traveling in summer or winter, with family or a group of outdoor-loving friends, you'll have access to hiking paths, snowmobile trails, ski slopes, golf courses, and much more. Enjoy an open living space with gorgeous natural wood beams, floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the great room with sunlight, and a wood-burning fireplace with an impressive stone hearth. You'll spend your days taking in the view on the wrap-around deck, playing pool and shuffleboard in the cozy game room/bunk room, and admiring the star-filled sky as you gather around the outdoor firepit each evening.

This home is located on a well-maintained dirt road in the countryside of Western Maine, 11 miles northeast of Bethel Village. In the summer, you'll find three miles of private neighborhood hiking trails to explore; come winter, the area is ideal for snowmobiling adventures. Sunday River Resort, with its eight peaks, 53 miles of trails, and 870 acres of terrain, is 16 miles west, as are the Sunday River Golf Club and the Sunday River Bridge - an iconic covered bridge also known as Artists Bridge. If you're looking to hike one of the most challenging sections of the Appalachian Trail, head to Grafton Notch State Park only 20 miles west.

We loved everything about this home! The view, the coziness and the space were all exceptional. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds are extremely comfortable. We have already been looking to see when it’s available again!
The little extra touches starters for shampoo conditioner paper products. Full stocked kitchen pots full pans coffee tea spices Garbage bags all plastic wrap foil etc In the rooms beautifully decorated many extras pillows blankets throws.My family enjoyed the game room the deck porch. The only suggestion did not have any information book about the house how to use example dishwasher TV ice maker etc also suggestions on local grocery store restaurant etc.
The cleanest rental house I’ve ever stayed at! Fully stocked kitchen appliances/cookware/dinnerware (great for family meals!), beautiful view, and great game room. Super quiet getaway, perfect for family get togethers.
