Pied-à-terre Dock Square

Joann was such a sweet and lovely host! The house was in the perfect location, immaculate, and so cute! The house included anything we would need with snacks, toiletries, so many cozy blankets! Cannot wait to stay here again… so happy we found the most perfect spot in Kennebunkport Maine!

This is a great apartment in every way: charming, comfy, quiet, immaculate, an amazing amount of amenities of all types! Appliances are excellent--a Keurig that does both single pods & carafe drip; brilliant! Fridge is awesome, & stocked with necessities & then some. A very pleasant deck is off the living room; great for 'sundowners' or whatever. Appliances & wifi all work well, & easily. (Note: stairs to 2nd floor are not steep & have good railings.) Location is excellent for being able to walk to many shops & restaurants nearby, & yet, is quiet & peaceful despite its nearness to Dock Square's hustle & bustle! Hosts are very welcoming & gracious, & helpful as needed. We certainly hope to stay there again, & strongly recommend the apartment to others.

Perfect location….walking distance to town and activities, restaurants and drinks Very clean…no issues at all Hosts were very welcoming and informative about local restaurants and activities. Mario was great showing us around. The room had a full array of snacks, including coffee, milk, breakfast cereals, and chips. Really ideal for a traveler.

We loved this charming space for our week in Kennebunkport!! Not only was it spacious and comfortable, the decor and every amenity was chosen with a discerning eye for the best and most attractive!! Our hosts were so friendly, accessible and helpful—and they provided so much more than we expected!! We wished for a few more days—and we hope to return!!
