Beautiful place
We stayed 2 nights in this well appointed, open floor plan, ranch style home. We were looking for a place that would also allow us to include our two dogs and this home was perfect! It was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely go back.
There's nothing not to love here! The house is spacious, even nicer, in fact so much nicer than the photos suggest. The living/dining room area is enormous, with high ceilings and comfortable furniture. Terrific kitchen. Views are green and lovely from every room-- in fact there's even a nice view from the master bedroom closet, which by the way is immense. This house has a beautiful yard and two minutes away there's a wonderful creek where I spent a happy hour just listening to birds and watching the water and the light. Panther Lake is stunning, and maybe a 10 minute walk. We attended a wedding on Sebago Lake, which was only about a 10-12 minute drive away, and you are close enough to get to Portland for a day out and about its many stores, restaurants and harbor spots. We were there in early fall-- but I'm sure this house is beautiful year round. One note to the owners: I'd replace one of the double beds with a queen. Otherwise there's really only one bed large enough to accommodate two regular-size adults. Beyond that, our stay was perfection itself! House is magnificent and homey at the same time. Would happily return. Especially if you get a queen size bed to replace the smaller one.
Loved the layout and design
We had an amazing time staying here! Some highlights from our stay: Location: The location was perfect! It was close to Panther Run which led into Panther Pond. Waterfront proximity provided a lot of entertainment for the kids. Cleanliness: The place was spotless and well-maintained. It was clear that the hosts takes great care of the property. Comfort: The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were as described. The living area was cozy and inviting. Host Communication: Host's were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They provided clear instructions for check-in and were available to answer any questions I had. Extras: I appreciated the little touches like the guidebooks that were left of things to do around the area. We found a great mini-golf place from it. Overall Experience: I felt right at home during my stay. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the neighborhood felt safe and friendly. We will be back next year!
Lovely retreat with spacious rooms, all the amenities, and super clean. Access to pond right through the back yard. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
