We have rented many condos at Sundays River this was the best so far. It had everything we needed, it was conveniently located for loading and unloading and it was happy. We had a fantastic week.

Great location. Great condo. Ski locker is too small for 3 sets of skis, poles and boots.

This place needs major updates. It’s not ski in/out. It’s kind of ski in. The place is very dated and the map will not get you anywhere near it. After 20 minutes of looking for it I found someone that works and Sunday River that was able to help me find the right street. All of this should have been in the host instructions but of course was not. Do not stay here. I should have trusted the other reviews.
