We have been renting at Sunday River over last 10 years. This was the cleanest and most well equipped unit to date. Fireplace worked well with wood ready in the unit. TVs were great size for viewing. Plenty of hot water for showering without waiting between people. Overall a beautiful well kept town house.

Great location, nice view of the ski area. Easy ski in ski out. Everything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of room. Would stay there again.

Well equipped kitchen for cooking with electric griddle, crockpot, etc. Good access to ski slopes right from condo.

We loved the location within Sunday River resort. The shuttle does not pick up up there, but it's an easy walk to South Ridge lodge. We were able to ski out to the lodge, but not back due to conditions of the slope. The reason we took out a star is the lack of instructions for guests.
