Come summertime, you'll be five miles east of the Sunday River Country Club and seven miles north of the golf course at the Bethel Inn Resort. The historic Sunday River Bridge - also known as Artist's Bridge - is just two miles away down Sunday River Road.

The space is incredibly well laid out -- with both room to gather and room to separate, when needed. The kitchen + dining space provides ample room and impressive amenities, allowing for mealtime to work seamlessly, even for a full house.

The house has simple 'smart technology' built to enable a better experience (and lighter packing from home!) -- and the location is both remote enough to feel private, and close enough to town to make any errand runs a very quick trip.
