The beds were so bad we left a day early. You can see the dip in the full size bed even with the comforter on. As soon as you lay down you roll to the middle of the bed and can feel every spring in it. We left a day early because no one could sleep. Also the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you picked up the top and stuck your hand in the water to lift up the flushing mechanism. It’s unfortunate because the location is perfect, but save yourselves and your backs and find another rental in fall line.
Great spot for quick access to the slopes. It’s enjoyed my stay. The mattress was uncomfortable and an upgrade is long overdue.
Location is perfect for quick access to the slopes. We experienced very quiet and enjoyable stay. The unit is cozy and had everything we needed. The generous amount of linens were appreciated. Definitely would stay again.
I’ll just list some of the glaring issues: - Shower water won’t stay hot more than 10 minutes - Queen bed is a joke- needs to be replaced with an actual supportive mattress. It’s got a giant crater in the center. - Sheets are low quality and itchy, pillows are cheap and unsupportive (though numerous) - Kitchen dishes were not all clean, there were too many duplicates of useless or unnecessary items, yet it was missing some essentials like a vegetable peeler and sharp knives that can actually cut. - Hairdryer was probably manufactured in the 1980s, not powerful and burns your hair. - Surfaces looked clean, but no vacuuming was done under beds, couches, chairs. Found half a waffle under one. - Furniture all felt very old and outdated - Hot tub was small, cramped, and very old. Not really a perk of staying in the building. Pool was nice though. - bathroom in general is super cramped and not very easy to navigate in if helping kids in the shower or on toilet. I know the layout is hard to change though. Nothing about this stay was remotely comfortable. I absolutely do not recommend this place unless serious changes are made. Feels like a ripoff for the money I paid. There were ample clean towels though.
We enjoyed 4 days- 3 nights at Sunday River. This condo was clean and well maintained- updated nicely. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The Queen bed needs to be replaced. But plenty of pillows, clean bedding, clean towels, and pool towels to use
The location could not be better for a family of five with a range of ages from 3-9 and ski abilities. It was so easy to enjoy the slopes and recharge for lunch or enjoy dinner in the unit. Access to the ski locker made our mornings and getting out the door so easy. Unit was clean and more spacious than I expected. Overall a great experience!
