Before booking, confirm the hot tub is working. We paid a premium and opted to stay a little further away from Sunday River/Bethel to get a hot tub during ski season and it was broken. But if the hot tub is working - it would have been great! Lots of supplies, comfortable and clean living spaces, and the game room was fun.

This place is a true magical space. The details are just what makes it feel cozy, warm and inviting. Closer to all the fun around the area. From skiing to delicious food. We have this beautiful house as our home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, comfortable accommodations, bedding, and furniture! We also enjoyed the extras in the downstairs rec room. Lots to do without having to go anywhere!
