This home sits among the pines southwest of downtown Bethel, where its two-and-a-half acres overlook the Sunday River Valley. Find yourself at the entrance to White Mountain National Forest within minutes, pick up groceries or dine out at one of the excellent restaurants in Bethel seven miles northeast, and spend the winter skiing and snowboarding at Sunday River Resort 12 miles north.
Built in the winter of 2017, this all-seasons chalet is ideal for hikers, river rafters, leaf-peepers, and winter sports enthusiasts. Kick off your shoes and make yourself at home in the two-story great room, where you can curl up by the gas fireplace on soft leather furnishings, watch movies on the 55-inch Smart TV, and soak in the sunset view through picture windows that frame the national forest.
Gather around the kitchen island to chat with your family's designated chef, or make the great outdoors your kitchen, spending summer evenings on the deck grilling, dining, or sipping wine. You can also pull up a bench and watch the stars at the fire pit below (kindling supplied, and logs are freely available at most local farms). Retreat indoors for a night of foosball, hoop-shooting, and movies in the game room. Free WiFi, Amazon Prime and Hulu streaming, and a Bose or Amazon Echo bluetooth speaker are also provided for your enjoyment!
When you're not taking autumn rides on the Conway Scenic Railroad, photographing covered bridges, or cross-country skiing in some of New England's loveliest landscapes, you'll find plenty of craft shops, dining spots, and seasonal live music in town. Back at the house, you'll have your choice of two master suites, a kids room with bunk beds, an additional guest room and a pull-out futon, for blissful nights of restful sleep.

Had a wonderful stay ! Place was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable for our party of 4. Would recommend/ stay here again!
We rented the house with two families and 3 children for a ski vacation at Sunday River. It was laid out in a wonderful way to allow adults and kids to each (two primary suites were awesome!) The kids loved the game and bunk room. It had many thoughtful amenities too (including books and toys for the little kiddos!) The 20 min ride to the a mountain was super easy. We had a snowstorm when we were there and the main road was cleared quickly. The driveway was cleared within 24 as promised. We would definitely come back! Highly recommend!
Overall though, we did enjoy our stay and would return! A few notes: There seemed to be a small bug problem. I'm not sure if the house hadn't been in use in a while. There were a few dead flies when we arrived, and several I noticed in the lamp next to the bed, as well as in the door to the porch. There were a ton of ladybugs and a few ants (I think I saw 4 or 5 different ones in the bathroom on the first floor by the bedroom). I wish we had known the heat was down so far. Unfortunately, we were traveling a bit of a distance and didn't arrive until after 9pm and it took so long to warm up the house that we all had trouble sleeping that first night. It would be great to get some kleenex for the house and I'm not sure if the ice maker was broken or we just couldn't figure out how to make it dispense ice. The water pressure was disappointing. Oh, the mattress on the top floor (the king) was really uncomfortable so that was also a bummer. There was a slightly musty smell but I am very sensitive to odors and I'm not sure it would bother most people. As I mentioned above, we did enjoy our stay and would return! The house was well appointed (more big coffee mugs would be great though!), cozy, and well-decorated. Good games, lots of cute touches. My son loved the basketball game.
