Rating
Stay for 3 days of fishing Decent location and good dock for boat I don't understand the great ratings I read. It's a camp, a roof over your head, but it needs some help.
Very nice quiet location
This is the quintessential Maine cabin! FABUlOUS!! Peaceful, on the water, a dock, nature everywhere.. amazing views from the window! LOVED LOVED LOVED it!!
Dock, beds, quiet
This is an older cabin but we could tell the owners are trying to maintain it. It was extremely clean for its age, well stocked kitchen and has a wonderful view and dock area. The walk down to the water was a bit steep in places but very doable. The grill looked new and was very clean. The one air conditioner unit was sufficient to cool the entire floor if you keep the bedroom doors open and it was 95 degrees outside when we stayed there. The beds were comfortable and the shower, although small, had great water pressure. My only complaint was that it was very dark inside which could easily be fixed with better and more lighting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, basic but relaxing and quiet.
From the moment I pulled up I was hooked on its charm. The cabin looks small but inside is a different story, The decor and charm are from the 1980s I loved it. My fav was the views of the lake and all the beauty that comes with it. I would definitely recommend to everyone great for solo travelers or families.
