Easy check-in. Great location. Property exterior is beautiful, interior is okay. Some downside: soso wi-fi, the smell in the kitchen cabinets, water tank leaking, toilet seat is overdue (black) and curiously..no curtains in the house! No privacy in living room and you wake up with the sun at 4h45AM

Plenty of room. Great neighborhood

Needs blinds everyone can see you when you get out of the shower. Other than that it was good.

A nice cottage, exactly what we needed.

The location is close to the beach, walking distance. The apartment is cozy and had plenty of space. There were some beach toys, plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach towels, extra pillows and blankets, etc. The AC did not work and it was miserably warm, the screen door slams on you so if you have your hands full trying to unlock the door, prepare yourself. There is an incline in the floor from the dining area to the living area that is not clearly marked so if you’re not paying attention you’ll trip. You have to make sure the screen door is open when you go to close and lock the main door as the screen prevents it from closing all the way. The fan in the window of the room of the twin beds doesn’t work. The 10am checkout came pretty quick when trying to wrangle 3 kids.

house was cleasn , in a nice area ,close to beach, but, the bathroom tub drains so slow you stand in 4" of water taking a shower, the toliet handle must be held down to flush as it needs adjustment, no fart fan in bathroom, lighting is poor in table area, front door hard to lock as storm door handle holds door open, you must leave storm door ajar to lock front door, not much in the pot/ pan/ utensil dept, no sugar for coffee, could use another chair in living room area, hope improvments are made before my next trip to epping.
