The location was convenient and the layout of the top loft was good for one family.

Location is central to everything near Okemo. The driveway was plowed after heavy snow.

The unit layout is serviceable, with two small bedrooms and a larger loft. It can easily fit 4-5 people. However, the state of the unit made it a horrible stay. The cleanliness in this apartment was attrocious. There were cowwebs everywhere, the bedding had food crumbs still on it from prior guests, there was a thick layer of dust on most surfaces, and some fried rice that prior guests had spilled on the kitchen floor had not been picked up. Half of the light fixtures did not work and the lightbulbs had not been replaced so the unit was dark the whole time. There was a stove fireplace but no instructions. I’ve stayed in many units near Okemo and this was by far the worst experience. They charged us over $750 for two nights, and I would say the value of the unit is less than half of that. It’s grossly overpriced for the state it is in, and also a duplex so there will be other guests downstairs and you share the parking lot and entry way / mud room.
