This is a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood with big trees, shade and trails that lead down to the river. It’s close to the grocery store and downtown Columbia Falls which is convenient. It’s not far from the west entrance to Glacier ~ half hour & 15 min to the Glacier international airport, and 15 min to Whitefish and 25 minutes to downtown Kalispell. We loved the amenities in the home and it was very nice to be able to park the car in the garage. The house made for a wonderful girls week at Glacier Natl Park!
This home was perfect for our family to stay in during our destination wedding in Glacier NP. We had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, to cook great meals, and enjoy time outside. My only complaint is how incredibly HOT it was in the unit, and it was a massive tease to hear the AC in the other unit of the duplex. I would stay here again and recommend the unit only if there was a/c put in. Otherwise, I recommend staying elsewhere.
Everything was exactly as stated. Really nice place.
A lot of good space, nice breakfast patio for coffee and had multiple deer visitors and fawns 😍. Some guest reviews commented about the temp inside with no AC but we didn’t have an issue as long as we closed the windows and blinds before it got hot outside, kept the garage door closed and ran the main furnace air circulation fan as it brought cool air up the vents. And there are a ton of ceiling and portable fans! Had a couple rainy days but found lots of streaming and live Samsung tv channels and YouTube online news. As well as plenty of restaurants/pubs/slots nearby. Loved how the unit was so central to everything and lots of live music in the area - Gunsight, Rendevouz, and even all the markets and events in Bigfork and Flathead were only a short drive away. Enjoyed the driving range at Meadowlake and some hikes in West Glacier. Would stay again!
Beautiful spacious unit. Weather was over 100° Coming home to a crazy hot unit was misery unit the sun went down. (No AC) The fans were needing replacement. The TV was streaming only...we don't stream, but would like access to sports & news. Locking the door was difficult, entering the "code" only worked half of the time. A few times we had to run out the garage & avoid the door sensor. Funny challenge, but, annoying when you are in a hurry. Again, beautiful unit, just needs some attention to detail.
