This two-level home sits on a beautiful property on the southwestern side of Echo Lake, on a small peninsula that enjoys incredible views of the water and mountains. It's a scene best witnessed from an innertube floating off the dock or a seat on the grassy lawn, the spacious back deck, or the upper-level balcony.

The interior was designed for families looking to spend time together, with a casual first floor that brings together the living room, the kitchen, and two dining spaces. The kitchen has every essential appliance and a prep island with bar seats for three, plus two adjacent dining tables that seat eight and six, respectively. Gather for a movie in the living area after dinner or head upstairs to watch TV in the comfortable den that is part of the first bedroom.
