It was stocked to start a great vacation. Stayed for a wedding. Location was perfect. I would stay again to explore the area more.

Location, size, parking, kitchen and living area were exceptional.

I didn't love it. the Location was the only 5-star about the place. the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Unit was way too cold and the electrical and water issues reflected the absence of onsite management. It would also be nice if more direction were provided to the door and entry. We came after dark and if not for the kitchen worker coming out of the restaurant, we would have had even more issues. The loud fan noise at night, which may have been the heater, may have been something in the restaurant downstairs is a deal breaker.

Great location and very clean.

We spent two nights in this incredible apartment in downtown Gloucester this September, and honestly, I wish we could have stayed for a month. The suite sits above a restaurant and feels like a luxury penthouse tucked into a charming New England town. From the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, you get an amazing view of the heart of downtown — it truly felt like we were living right in the center of it all. The apartment itself was warm, cozy, and beautifully appointed. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of fresh towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It struck the perfect balance between stylish and homey. What really made this place special was the location. You’re just steps away from quaint bookstores, local shops, Italian bakeries, coffee spots, and some of the best restaurants we experienced on our trip. The harbor is only a block away and offers those iconic New England views — boats, fishermen, and that peaceful, small-town coastal vibe that feels both authentic and relaxing. The only minor issue was parking — it can be a bit of a challenge in the downtown area — but honestly, the location and overall experience more than made up for it. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for an authentic Gloucester experience with a touch of luxury. I truly hope I get the chance to come back and stay even longer next time.

What a great place and location. We had a girls weekend and the set up was perfect. Everything was provided. What a view!! And so easy to walk to any number of places. Great town.
