Perfect location to walk everywhere. Parking was not an issue. House was clean, beds comfortable. We can’t wait to go back!

This home was a comfortable, clean home away from home experience that included needed amenities. The property was conveniently / centrally located to activities, restaurants, and beaches. As other reviewers indicated that the train runs behind the back yard area, my family was not bothered by the noise of the train when it passed through during sleep hours as the low rumble noise only lasted approximately 10 or 15 seconds and did not use a loud whistle when stopped at the nearby stop area. We also used a white noise machine at night which likely helped minimize the amount that we noticed any noise from the train. My husband tends to be a light sleeper and was unbothered during his sleep. The mattresses were comfortable and firm, and the pillows were king sized, "my pillow", polyurethane filled which kept their full shape during sleep, and ideal for a back sleeper. Towels were super absorbent and US manufactured in a Boston textile. The corner shower in the bathroom was small but offered use of either the rain-shower head or the handheld shower head. Although, I imagine that if you need to assist any small children with bathing needs (ages 4 and below perhaps), the caring adult may find the small shower difficult to keep water within the shower area. Overall, I highly recommend this home as a vacation rental.

Loved the location, the layout, the cleanliness…everything!

The parking is manageable but competitive in the evenings. Other than that, if you don’t mind the location, it is a great house

The location was convenient. Close to attractions and restaurants. The location was relatively quiet. The train really wasn’t a bother. We actually looked forward to hearing the train. Everything was as expected.
